Big Island - Part 2

You might remember this picture we took of Natalie last year at the Hilton.

Look how much bigger she is and how much she's changed in a year.

She still found this lady interesting...

She ended up standing up and smacking her on the top of the head several times until I pulled her away. Figured the Hilton people wouldn't appreciate our kid man-handling the art work.

Looking back on our trip, there were a few times where Natie was just crazy hyper. At least once, I'm sure it was the ice cream, but the other times, I think she was just really enjoying herself and having fun! One night after dinner, she started dancing around with one fist pumping in the air chanting "Eee-Ahh Eee-Ahh Eee-Ahh".

Here's how it started...

Then she had both arms in the air....and we started joining her...

This must have gone on for 15 or 20 straight minutes. She started working up a sweat...

Then she just collapsed face down on the floor, exhausted...

What a nut. It was so fun to see her having so much fun!

I'll post more tomorrow...

Big Island - Part 1

We just got back from visiting Brad and Michelle in Hawaii. Here are a few pictures...

Here's Natie at the pool. She put her sunglasses up on her hat, just like her Dad. Funny the things she notices.

Natie and Justin at the beach. She wasn't sure about the ocean.

Michelle, Mom, Dad, and Brad relaxing at the beach.

Dad, Brad and Natie at the beach.

Mom, Natie, Justin, and I at the beach.

Uncle Brad and Auntie Chelle swinging Natie.

Natie and I at the Hilton.

Justin and Natie on the boat at the Hilton.

Justin and Natie checking out the big birds (left).

Brad, Michelle, and I on our way up to go zip-lining in Hawi.

Brad, Michelle, and Justin all geared up.

I think that's Brad (right in the center of the picture) flying over the canyon. So fun!!

I love this picture of Natie and Justin. :)

Michelle, Brad, and Natie at the Queen's Shops.

I've got more pictures to share and some videos too. Stay tuned...

Mini Me

Some of you might remember this 1 year picture of Natie from last summer (courtesy of J. Carmon Photography)...

Mom pulled out my 1 year picture the other day...

See a resemblance?

I have a 2 year picture too that looks a lot like her now, but I need to find a good recent picture of Natie to compare it to. Stay tuned.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter Everyone! Here are a few pictures and videos of our morning...

Natalie with her Dad

Natie and I

Had to wear a big winter coat over her springy dress because it was 40 degrees this morning. The tights and sandals combo crack me up.

We got coffee and donuts after church this morning. Here's Natie sharing a maple bar with Dad. She LOVES maple bars!

The Easter Bunny brought her some treats!

A new Elmo video!

Another new pair of sunglasses for Hawaii.

Here are a few videos we took. These might be a little boring for most but I know some of our out-of-town family will want to see her. :)

Video 1 - Here she is starting to open her Easter basket. She discovers M&Ms in her eggs. Yum!
Video 2 - More Easter basket.
Video 3 - More Easter basket. You'll notice she sticks her tongue out when she's concentrating. :)
Video 4 - Playing with her new train. She says Elmo (which usually sounds like El-mee) near the end.
Video 5 - Playing with the bunny that Nana and Poppy gave her.

We're looking forward to celebrating Easter and Justin's birthday this afternoon with Justin's side of our family! We hope all of you have a relaxing and enjoyable Easter! xoxo

March Madness

Wow, I've been really bad about posting. Here are a few recent pictures...

Here's my girl in green on St. Patrick's Day.

This is rare moment when she has a pony in. I'm sure she pulled it out shortly after I took this.

Swinging at the park.

Playing with Playdoh!

Justin was blowing on her last night after dinner and she thought it was funny. This sequence of pictures makes me laugh.

I like how it ends with a kiss and a snuggle. :)
