Christmas Recap

Natalie was so cute this year and was spoiled with so many fun gifts! She only opened 1 or 2 at a time and then wanted to play with what was inside or was off to do something else. So we ended up having gifts to open for many days after Christmas! Justin was off work for a couple weeks so the 3 of us got to spend lots of time together and of course, the time spent with our families for Christmas is always the best part of the holidays! I'm already looking forward to next year.

Here are just a few of the pictures we took. I'm finding it difficult to enjoy every moment and take pictures at the same time, so we obviously couldn't capture everything. I wish we could hire a little elf to photograph all the festivities for us.

We spent Christmas Eve with Justin's family at Mimi and Papa's house. Here's Natie and Riley...

Here's Natie with Mimi looking at the Nursery Rhyme book she got.

Here are the monkeys from Auntie Jenni and Uncle Derek, giving her a hug.

Kennedy, Peyton, and Riley being goofy and looking adorable in their Christmas jammies!

Natie loves her new Elmo slippers.

This is Christmas morning. Santa brought Natalie a little blue kitchen. The first thing she did was turn the knobs that click!

And then open the doors and check out what was inside. She's already had hours of fun "playing kitchen"...so cute!

Here's Natie with Nana, holding the vintage kewpie doll that Aunt Sherry got her. Every time she picks her up, she makes a sad face and a fake "boohoo" like the baby's crying. Not sure how she came up with it, but makes me laugh every time.

She does the same thing with Baby Violet, the dolly that Mickie and Dave got for her. Apparently, she thinks all babies cry, all the time. :)

This is a couple days after Christmas, baking cookies in her kitchen wearing the little chef's hat The Carmons got her and the little apron that Mimi made.

Happy New Year to everyone! I have a feeling 2010 is going to be a good year!! xoxo

She is SO cute. We love her so much. I am glad she loved her Elmo slippers and that you captured her with that chef hat. Too cute.
